Back to the Basics!

I'm going back to the basics! I'm going to do what I know works for me. That means that I'm going to start taking my hemp powder + fiber in smoothies starting today! Lack of fiber could very well be the reason that I have had slow losses since I traded hemp protein in for crushed shelled hemp seeds. Before I was losing 4-5 lbs a week, now I lost just over 2 lbs this week. So since I'm going to be eating raw anyway & exercising I've got to make it work for me. Let's get this weight off! We've got a 100 lb challenge to win. I need to lose 100 lbs by the end of January.
