Well my pictures are due on the 9th of October. I've been doing a lot of walking, so despite these slow losses I expect to see improvement. I'm still not up to my usual 1/2 a pound a day.
I've avoided eating at restaurants because I didn't want to be tempted to eat something else. Yesterday I ate out with some coworkers because we are planning an Italian heritage event celebration for later this month. I ordered a salad with lots of fresh veggies & I was happy with it. I had mineral water with lemon to drink & I used lemon & ground pepper on my salad. Costco sells an organic blend of spices with no salt that I use on my salads at home. I finally got the shelled crushed hemp seeds from Amazon & I like it! I've put the crushed hemp on my salad, but the taste is mild & I tried them straight out of the bag & it's even better.
In case you haven't read all of the blogs, I'll tell you the basics of the Butt Kickers Program. 100% raw fruits & veggies, 1200 calories a day, 2 hrs walking daily in the fat burn zone. Bananas are limited to one a day or better yet none. Avoid grapes, papaya, mango, squash, radish, pumpkin, turnip, jicama & corn because they stall weight loss. No nuts. You can eat avocado for fat & hemp protien or seeds for protein. Non vinegar. No salty foods. Keep your diet low sodium & 10-15% daily fat & protein. You can keep track of all that in fitday.com for free. With this diet you can lose weight faster than surgery.
