Gonna Do It, Do It, Do It!
I'm not sitting around. I have 5 more lbs to lose. I'm staying focused! My plan is to keep eating all these fruits until the end of the month. I've been eating a lot of watermelon. I've also been eating oranges & tangerines & strawberries & pineapple. The salads & veggies have been very limited. I've never weighed this little in my adult life, so that's something new & exciting! I'm thin, but I still have a lot of work to do- toning up my body, learning how to eat for maintanence, learning about avoiding fat brain behaviors (like emotional eating, eating out of boredom, etc). I'm going to be learning to face my own emotions & habits that lead to me being obese. Before RFBC I did not exercise. Now I've learned to make exercise a daily part of my life. Many times walking is a family activity & we all enjoy it. Before RFBC I would eat snack foods like ice cream for dinner when I really should have been eating salad & fruit. I never got to the point where I would prepare fruits & veggies ahead of time & leave them in the fridge, but it's a great idea. I would like to prepare salads & leave them in the fridge so that my husband has no excuse for not eating healthy. Watch for my new pictures!
